What a rating looks like
The first performance-based rating for palm refiners

The problem
You cannot demonstrate to your customers whether your facility has more or less risk than your peers
No two customers measure you the same way. Consultant surveys and scores cannot be compared with each other, and do not reveal the evidence behind the result.
Good risk management goes unrewarded. Reducing risk in your supply base is not measured, so it is not recognized or priced.
You cannot improve a rating if you cannot see what is behind it. Your upstream suppliers determine your risk rating, but you cannot compare and prioritize them for engagement.
Questionnaires reveal little. Expensive consultants submit lengthy questionnaires to your suppliers but evaluate their policies, not their actual performance.
